About me: So last summer I drove halfway across the country with five of my friends to play in the most talked-about ultimate frisbee tournaments in the country. We made friends with people from all over and found out that the west coast is a great place for both frisbee and camping. Last fall I embarked upon another road trip, this time picking up all of my belongings and driving to the east coast for grad school. Since I showed up in NY, I have explored quite a bit and it’s definitely starting to feel like home. The natural history museum is one of my personal favorites, although the Bodies Exhibition at the South Street Seaport was equally fascinating. Besides exploring museums, I have dabbled in a myriad of other activities. Pickup frisbee and soccer are always a welcome addition to my week, as well as a good live show. Nights are great for finding new coffee shops and bars with friends. Irish pubs with live music are at the top of my list, but some nights are better spent in quiet bars with good company. Life has taken me to some interesting places thus far, and now I am looking for a partner to share some of these places with. I want someone that is supportive and caring yet pushes me intellectually. I’m looking for someone that will smile at both the simple and the extraordinary with me. Someone that works hard, plays hard, and takes a breather in between. Someone that will roll with life’s punches and keep on walking. Oh, and it helps if you love sports!
